Construction

As our construction has finally come to a close, it's amazing to look back and see what a journey it has been. We started demolition at the very end of the summer 2013, with high hopes of being open before years end. Although we didn't meet that goal, we cannot be more proud of what we have accomplished over the last 6 months. Getting to plan and produce a space of this size to our own specifications has been a learning curve, but we have loved every minute of it. Always something new to learn everyday.

We have had an amazing team working with us, especially our construction crew and general contractor Artur Maslanka from Remodeling4u. Without them, I don't know how we could have gotten to where we are today, with such a fantastic space almost ready to open to the public.

From five store-fronts (including a nail salon, record shop, and even a dentists office) to one big open industrial-meets-rustic space. It has been a long road, and boy it's crazy to see all the changes, but we are so ready to get open and start sharing all of this space with you all. We love it, and can only hope you all do too.
